Project: Execute– Crafted and administered career curriculum to small groups of students to more efficiently uplevel career processes, build community across programs at Simon, offer experiential opportunities to develop teamwork skills, as well as keep students motivated toward their goals,. Initially piloted with the MS Marketing students, 60% recognized the need for the program, and participants have realized significant progress toward their career goals (e.g. students previously stuck at networking landed interviews at at least one target company within 90 days of the program).

Day1– Collaborated to script, record and design Day 1, a series of six webinars to increase the career process awareness of students entering Simon,. Incoming students were better informed and prepared for their next career steps compared to prior years.
Job Search English– Worked with a cross-departmental team to compose and implement curriculum to improve overall English language and United States cultural understanding for a large population of non-native English speakers students. Assisted approiximately 106 students in improving their ability to culturally and linguistically manage their search.
